What are the chances of cars being eliminated from all cities in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia? What are the chances of car-free cities being built?

When the technology is developed and made economically feasible that will allow the average family to hop into their car-sized shuttle in the “garage” of their home and be in space in a matter of minutes.

not going to happen, there wont be a mass transit that would be fiesable to get people where they need to go. Everyone is going different places and distances.
