Collecting hotwheel cars and noticed a lightning bolt on bottom are different?

Autumn asked: My husband was just wondering what the different lightning bolts mean on the bottom of the cars. Some are gold, silver and others don't have any at all. Are there some cars better to collect than others? Thanks for your help!ASHLEY
