How safe is it to buy cars off ebay?

I never thought of buying a car off ebay. I was searching for a car part and then was scaning through cars for sale. What a deal! Problem is some of them almost sound too good to be true. I mean if the seller has 100% good feed back and they give history/details about the car and are willing to answer any questions, what can be the problem?
